Kingston Lawn Bowls

Congratulations to Peta Segbedzi (Captain) Arianne Lindsay (Lead) and Leevi Stein who are the 2018 Kingston Division Junior Lawn Bowls Champions!The Senior competition was also played in fine spirits with both the Semi and Grand Final going down to the wire and needing an extra end. The measuring tape was needed on several occasions. Unfortunately, Brighton proved too consistent and strong with McKinnon finishing Runners Up.
Congratulations to all players for being such great ambassadors for Lawn Bowls and the College.
The Junior team will hope to get an invitation in to the SMR Finals on Monday 26 March.

Report from the Junior Lawn Bowls Champions:
In the scorching, blistering heat, McKinnon Junior team won the Finals being undefeated for the whole day. The Finals were very close with Brighton taking the lead at the beginning, but McKinnon came back strongly to win. We were extremely lucky to have competed against such a fine school like Brighton.
