Asia Week 10-15 September 2001 Karaoke
Once again it's time to celebrate Asia under the guiding hand of Mrs Meyer.
The first event of significance was the arrival of our new TSI technician, Thong Dao. Not really a scheduled part of the celebrations, but quite appropriate anyway.
The first scheduled event was the Wadaiko drumming on Monday, with year 7 and 8 percussion students.
And at lunch on Monday was a talk by Josephine Foo about Chinese Table Etiquette.

On Tuesday, there was the renowned Karaoke in the Great Space at lunch and an Indonesian Artist in residence
Year 10 PE classes undertook Tai Chi on Wednesday
On Thursday, the prizes for the poster competition were awarded and staff had Sushi for lunch
On Friday there was Hansu Taekwondo for PE and Chinese Neck Massage by Dr Lee and Josephine Foo. The prizes for the home room decorations were awarded.
