Year 9 Camp 2002

18-22 March 2002 Year 9 headed off for their annual camp at the 'Allfit Camp' near Bacchus Marsh this week. As a year 9 form teacher I followed my form - 9G - as they learned the ropes: literally. Their activities also included high ropes, canoeing, confidence training and the Survival of the Fittest relay Thanks to Mr Hewet and Miss Papworth, the year 9 Student Managers, for organising the camp. |

| Teamwork under the rope |

| 9G set a record for getting the tyre on the pole. Taking the tyre off the pole was called off after finding the Redback spider in the tyre. |

| You all have to get through the spider web without touching the rope or frame - or using the same hole twice. |

| And they did it, with teamwork and a bit of ingenuity |
