was top student in English in Victoria in 1999.

came third in Australia in the 1998 Geography competition,
and he was first in Victoria (4th in Australia) in 1999.

received a high distinction in the ADVP Economics
competition of 2001.
Martin also represented the college in:

the Middle School band, Wind Quartet, Orchestra
and Symphonic Wind

debating, from 1998-2002
-
The International Student Project in Melbourne in
1999 and Greece in 2000.

Fundraising for charity at sports days.
Martin started his Unit 3 & 4 VCE studies when he
was in year 10, achieving an A+ in 16 out of 18 assessments.
From a maximum possible score of 50, Martin scored:
Geography - 45
Literature - 43
Chemistry - 47
Math Methods - 50
Specialist Maths - 48
Korean - 35
This gave Martin an ENTER score of 99.85
