From here you can visit homepages maintained by staff. Please note that the McKinnon webmaster is not involved in the maintenance of these sites. You should contact the staff members about their sites.

If you need the URL of any of these sites, it is http://xxx.staff.mckinnonsc.vic.edu.au (where xxx is the staff member's timetable initials.)

For staff reference

  • It's not too wise to put your email address on the site. It'll get harvested and your spam will skyrocket. Either munge it (e.g xxx AT mckinnonsc.vic.edu DOT au) or create a graphic containing the email address as an image so it's readable by humans but not by spambots.
  • The links above assume your homepage is called "index.htm" or "index.html" - all lowercase!
  • Please ensure all links to outside URLs have been thoroughly screened for suitability for students.
  • The McKinnon webmaster cannot access your site. You are completely responsible for its contents, maintenance and functionality.
  • Our site host does not support CGI scripting - PHP, PERL, Python etc.
  • For FTP, remember that Passive (PASV) mode (probably) should be turned on. Turn it off if you can't connect.
  • Your FTP URL when working from home is ftp.staff.mckinnonsc.vic.edu.au
  • Your FTP host when working at the college is extweb
  • For FTP, log in with your network login name and password.
  • Your site's web URL is http://xxx.staff.mckinnonsc.vic.edu.au where xxx is your timetable initials.
