sowohl...als auch...
Sowohl er als auch sie sind dort. Both he and she are there.
Sowohl »Firefox« als auch »Opera« sind gute Internet-Browser, finde ich. Ich kann die beiden empfehlen. Both Firefox and Opera are good Web browsers, I think. I can recommend them.

And the opposite: neither...nor...

weder...noch...
Weder er noch wir können es tun. Neither he nor we can do it.
Weder hat er mir eine Email geschrieben, noch hat er mich angerufen. He has neither written me an email nor phoned me.
