Technician logs - and a handy authentication tip

A quick way to check your regional technician's hours logged with the DoE is to create a bookmark with this URL:

loginname:password@www.eduweb.vic.gov.au/forms/school/tsi/Timesheet/Worksheet.asp

e.g.

S812501:sesame@www.eduweb.vic.gov.au/forms/school/tsi/Timesheet/Worksheet.asp

The login name and password are attached to the URL so you don't have to enter them in a dialogue box (and you don't have to worry about forgetting them).

To register laptops, staff can click here to go to the laptop registration page.

Stolen laptops: Should your notebook be stolen the matter will need to be reported to the police and an insurance claim lodged with Jardine Insurance Brokers. Insurance claim forms are available on EduLibrary. Public Folders/All Public Folders/EduLibrary/Schools/Insurance and Risk Management/Notebooks for Teachers Program. Should you need to lodge a claim you will need both the Claim Form and the Risk Management Check List for Notebooks. Jardine Insurance Brokers can be contacted on 9860 3400.
