2017 SMR Athletics Championships

On Thursday 12 October, sixty McKinnon students descended on Casey Fields with the hope of retaining the premiers flag we successfully won in 2016, a truly magnificent achievement.

The day started well with McKinnon winning medals in the first couple of events. Our winning streak continued throughout the day, which saw McKinnon bring home eight Bronze Medals, twenty Silver Medals and an amazing eighteen Gold Medals. It was this combined team effort that earned McKinnon’s second place.
