Year 11 Studio Art

On Thursday 4 May, both Year 11 Studio Arts classes went to the NGV to learn about a variety of different artist’s use of materials and techniques through a floor talk with an Art educator, who showed and discussed a broad range of artworks, media and art styles.We also attended a very informative talk on the current Van Gogh exhibition. After lunch in the beautiful sculpture garden, we viewed the stunning Van Gogh exhibition, as well as a very interesting installation by Australian artist Fiona Hall.
