Senior Stage Band Excursion

On Saturday March 28th, the members of McKinnon’s Senior Stage Band gathered at the Big Band Sunsets Festival at Hazel Pierce Park in Mordiallic for their first performance of the year. After watching the Parkdale Secondary College Big Band’s performance, the band gathered on kicked off the year of performing in front of a large and supportive audience. The set included Crunchy Frog, Mucho Macho, Vehicle, Count Bubba, I’m Beginning to See the Light and Get It On. These pieces featured soloists, including George Inglis, Jessica Earls, Alexia Samiotis, Jack Doherty-Brown, Daniel Shaw, Jamie Morrissey and Conrad Bria. We hope to be back next year to perform at this fantastic event
